Fit rationale
Strong thematic alignment with TOH's teacher training and digital curricula component via explicit focus on CS professional development for educators worldwide. Global eligibility covers Kenya/Sub-Saharan Africa with no org-type or geography blockers present. Score moderated because the grant centers on PD program design rather than TOH's core device refurbishment and e-waste model.
