Learn more The Application Process How it works Application Form Step 01 Complete the project application form above. This will provide us with a better understanding of your project’s expected outcome, requirements, feasibility and sustainability. Step 02 When we have received your application, our team will assess your project to ensure your needs are supported in the best way possible. Step 03 If your project is selected, Close the Gap asks for a contribution to the refurbishing and transportation costs. Step 04 Once the necessary import paperwork is completed, an official invoice will be sent to you. Step 05 On receipt of payment, the equipment is refurbished. It can then be collected by the transport company chosen, two to four weeks later. Selection Criteria Close the Gap bases its selection on a number of criteria.
